My recovery is a significant improvement compared to pre stem cell injection. I think I am at about 70% now and have started lifting heavier but without overhead exercises.

I have no doubt that the injection was a benefit as I do not have to consider surgery and can easily live with the pain surrounding certain movements. I will see if continued strength training helps the area of weakness long term.

My quad muscle on my right leg is now almost fully activated, and over the last couple of months my left quad has begun firing as well—something I honestly didn’t know would ever be possible again.
