My recovery is a significant improvement compared to pre stem cell injection. I think I am at about 70% now and have started lifting heavier but without overhead exercises. I have no doubt that the injection was a benefit as I do not have to consider surgery and can easily live with the pain surrounding certain movements. I will see if continued strength training helps the area of weakness long term.
