Stemedix Review: John H. (Toledo, OH)

I typically do not write reviews, but in my search for the ideal stem cell clinic, it was honest words from others that guided me. So here I am, hoping to pay it forward. These treatments can be quite costly, and insurance does not cover them, so any shared experiences can be invaluable. If my contribution can assist someone in making a decision that is as beneficial as the one I made, then it is worthwhile. I can confidently say that this clinic is completely worth every penny for the level of care they provide.

I found STEMEDIX for my husband after a difficult year with COVID and a stroke. This clinic is a game-changer. Only 4 months in, and the improvements are huge. He’s moving his head side to side while walking, the lung cavity is shrinking, and overall, he’s feeling stronger. He suffered from blind spots in both eyes caused by the stroke. Six months after the stroke, his blind spot in the left eye became worse and larger. Now, his right eye is normal, and his blind spot in the left eye has shrunk significantly, now being only half the size it was before.

Actually, last week I contacted Sara asking whether it would be recommended to have another round of treatment. She said that we would have to wait for a year to see if he needs one based on the doctors’ recommendations. So, my husband will undergo additional treatment if Stemedix thinks he needs one.

While other clinics were cheaper, I preferred STEMEDIX because they really put the patient first. They contacted my husband’s doctor to request his medical history, run the necessary tests, and customize the treatment. They also provide complimentary transportation services from the airport to the hotel, followed by a ride to the clinic on the next day, as well as a 2-night accommodation. This made our trip a lot easier and smoother.

Plus, after the treatments, they check in often to see how my husband is doing. Stemedix work closely with researchers and doctors to ensure results and integrity. They’re teamed up with a university in Florida for research, which shows they’re all about finding new ways to get better results.

This is something no clinic has done or offered when I contacted them. Actually, I talked to a bunch of clinics, and some were cheaper and offered discounts, but honestly, they just didn’t seem to care much. They asked a few questions and right away emailed me the treatment and the cost of the treatment and were ready to schedule it. They did not customize the treatment and did not check his medical history. In addition, I do not trust commercial clinics, they can manipulate cells which they are unethical.

Because of my husband’s long hospitalization, I have seen and dealt with a lot of people and sometimes I had to fight and advocate for him. So, I can confidently say that everyone at STEMEDIX, from the CEO to the receptionist, is genuinely dedicated to helping people. They understand that their mission is about serving people, not just profiting from their illness.

I know sometimes I am too picky when it comes to my husband’s health, but I have to admit that the clinic is exceptionally clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and respectful, and they care about their patients’ wellbeing. This level of care and attention cannot be hidden, it is heartfelt. After experiencing the healthcare system for an extended period, it becomes apparent when practitioners are not genuinely invested in their patients' well-being.

I hope this review will help anyone who is looking for some help to make informed decisions and find the right treatment that I was looking for. My journey was long and painful, and I have not made it to the end yet, but these wonderful people, including wonderful Sara, made it easier. It was worth every penny we paid.

This is a genuine review, and I hope that my honesty will be rewarded by God by continuing to provide support to my husband during his recovery journey.
